30-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee
At SylvaLun, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our security gear. We want you to travel fearlessly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return (for reasons other than defects), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and protective pouches, and accompanied by the receipt or order number.
Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, personal defense items (such as whistles that touch the mouth or wearable items) cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened, unless they are defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Security is our priority. If your gear arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please do not return it yet. Contact us immediately at support@sylvalun.com and include a clear photo or video showing the issue. Once verified, we will send you a free replacement immediately or issue a full refund. In most cases involving defects, you will not need to deal with the hassle of shipping the item back.
"Change of Mind" Returns
If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size or color, please contact us at support@sylvalun.com to initiate the return process. We will provide you with the correct return address instructions.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning non-defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund officially.
Non-returnable Items
Gift cards and items marked specifically as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned.
