Pre-Sale Questions

Not happy with your purchase? You can return it within 30 days — just make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived defective.

Most items are returnable. The exception: opened hygiene-sensitive items and anything marked "Final Sale" can't be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect.

We work with specialized manufacturers in Asia that produce tactical and safety equipment for global markets. Every item goes through our QC process and meets international safety certifications (CE, FCC, RoHS) before it ships.

Shipping & Delivery

We process orders within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 8–12 business days for international delivery. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.

Orders over $100 (USD) ship free. Under that, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Possibly. Wayfeld isn't responsible for duties, taxes, or VAT on your order. These vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority.

Products & Quality

Email us at hello@wayfeld.com with a photo or video of the issue. Once we verify it, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. Most cases, you won't need to ship the item back.
