Pre-Sale Questions
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your travel safety gear, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Most items are eligible for return. However, due to hygiene and safety standards, opened Fire Escape Masks and used Travel Humidifiers cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Clearance items marked as "Final Sale" are also non-refundable.

We enforce strict Quality Control (QC) standards, ensuring that every USB blocker, fabric, and sensor meets international safety certifications (such as CE, FCC, and RoHS) before it reaches you.

Standard Shipping Typically takes 8–12 business days for international delivery.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships so you can monitor its journey.
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 (USD). For orders under this amount, a flat shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
Wayfeld is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or VAT applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority.
Products & Quality
If your gear arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@wayfeld.com with a clear photo or video showing the issue. Once verified, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. In most cases, you won't need to ship the item back.
All Wayfeld products are backed by our 30-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee. If you experience any quality issues within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund—no questions asked.
