At Wayfeld, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our security gear. We want you to travel fearlessly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return (for reasons other than defects), your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and protective pouches
  • Accompanied by the receipt or order number
For safety and hygiene reasons, personal defense items (such as whistles that touch the mouth or wearable items) cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened, unless they are defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your gear arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please do not return it yet. Contact us immediately at support@wayfeld.com and include a clear photo or video showing the issue.

Once verified, we will send you a free replacement immediately or issue a full refund. In most cases, you will not need to ship the item back.

"Change of Mind" Returns

If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size or color, please contact us at support@wayfeld.com to initiate the return process. We will provide you with the correct return address instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Here's what happens after we receive your return:

Inspection — We receive and inspect your returned item
Notification — We email you with approval or rejection of your refund
Processing — If approved, credit is applied to your original payment method within 10 business days
Your bank may take additional time to post the refund

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and items marked specifically as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned.
